Brief Description
Construction of a Landmark Food & Beverage (F&B) Development, " The Park" and " The Wharf" in two separate locations within the Bahrain Bay Area
All of the buildings proposed will be handed over to the tenants as; Shell and Core' with the fit-outs carried out by them.
Proposed to be a heavily Soft and hard landscape area, as an extension of the existing promenade with 9 n° single story, F&B units contained with six precast buildings + one public toilet complete with safe pedestrianized access walkways, children’s playgroundand toilet facilities

The Park
- The structure of the F&B units relying almost entirely on load bearing
self finished (Inside & Out side) and insulated precast concrete curved members. Only the internal walling system in the scope of work where there isdivision between separate F&B units and where there isseparation between common areas and tenant areas.
The Wharf
- Waterside development consisting, again, of a safe heavily Pedestrianized area incorporating a mixture of 14 n° F&B units at ground Floor level, opening on to quayside promenades with additional dining 'Pods' which cantilever over the Water. At first Floor
level there are office space and open courtyard areas. Service Cores in Zone-A, B, C &D buildings with 4 No. service lifts.
