Nass Corporation B.S.C. (NASS) is a Bahraini Public Joint Stock Company established and listed on the Bahrain Bourse in 2005, licensed by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, and regulated by the Central Bank of Bahrain.
The roots of Nass Corporation are anchored as far back as 1963, when Abdulla Ahmed Nass Contracting Company was formed. The creation of Nass Corporation is a result of the consolidation of Nass Group’s core construction and industrial related businesses under one roof. Strategic investors were invited to invest in the Company through a private placement, which was followed by an IPO listing on the Bahrain Bourse.
