AMERICAN UNIVERSITY OF BAHRAIN, RIFFA

Construction of an International university campus with a total built area of
22,000 sqm developed on prime plot of land 70,000 sqm which is located
along Al Muskar highway. The main elements of the project are 9 buildings,
hard and soft landscaping, on grade shaded car parks, utilities buildings and
site wide infrastructure.
All of the buildings proposed will be handed over to Furniture ID Contractor
and tenants as; Shell and Core, Civil, Archi Internal External finishes & MEP
finishes of Building with ID fit-outs completed by main Contractor. On
